岗位职责：

 1、根据需求文档，列出测试点，编写测试用例，执行测试用例，提交缺陷，确保产品质量，学习新的技术；

2、搭建测试环境及执行测试，找出系统不满足需求、正确性、可靠性、稳定性、安全性及系统性能等各方面的缺陷，确保测试计划的有效执行；

3、根据测试过程具体情况，给予开发和测试提供优化建议，与开发进行有效沟通及配合，保证产品高质量上线，以满足业务部门及客户的需要；

4、对系统进行性能测试和压力测试；

5、配合产品经理进行UAT测试。跟进线上问题，对客户反馈缺陷进行分析、诊断，反馈测试结果。

任职要求：

1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，1年以上全职测试工作经验；参与过中大型的项目测试工作优先；

2、熟悉掌握功能测试、性能测试、压力测试方法；熟悉测试流程和规范；

3、熟练使用版本控制工具，熟悉 操作系统，熟悉TCP/HTTPS等网络协议，熟悉MySQL/Oracle等数据库；

4、熟练使用常用的测试工具，熟悉持续集成工具Jenkins；

5、能使用Python/Java/Go等开发语言编写自动化测试脚本者优先； 

6、较强的表达沟通能力、团队合作精神，工作细致、责任心强，较强的逻辑分析总结能力和学习能力。
