Position Description:


? Lead and manage Area CAP sales team. Formulate strategies and sales/action plans to maximize sales of responsible China Sales Area/team

? Plan to ensure achievement of China Area and personal target, develop sales planning and drive execution of sales strategies in accordance to the business and company strategy and needs.

? Manage, coach, recognize and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI targets are met.

? Lead the top-to-top meeting with distributor and key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction. Maintains and expands customer base, identify new customer opportunities in the area of China.


Functions, Duties, Tasks:

  • Responsible for area CAP sales target achievements. Build strong network for CAP and work closely with the distributor for the success of CAP sales.

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure the achievement of sales target, financial and non-financials goals of each territory, to the team to maximize sales potential and also CAP objectives and strategies.

  • Implementation of action plans, make recommendations and identify areas for improvement, ensure development of the sales team and distributor. Establish and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

  • Collaborate with Technical team to support distributor sales and technical needs, new product launches, support market information and realistic input.

  • Responsible for business development, identify new potential distributors/partners for new areas/products, ensure competitiveness of the team.

  • Prepares sales presentations, review sales progress, support contracts and proposals, and reports are submitted according to company requirements.


Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

  • University Degree in Veterinary, Business Administration or other relevant area; At least 5 year experience in Vet practice, sales or in relative function.
