§  New project bids preparations

§  New bids risk assessments

§  Site assessments/evaluations

§  Communicate with clients on RFI and document preparations

§  Representing IFM in client meetings

§  Internal and external proposal presentation with explanation

§  Co-ordinate with internal and external personnel towards fulfilling tenders requirements

§  Participate in tender/contractual negotiations

§  Monitor risks for all bids/tenders as assign

§  Undertake to fulfil all bids/tenders requirements as assign

§  Review all proposals and bids before approval

 Operation

§  Implement IFM management and operation standards

§  Manage and coordinate site operation and personnel towards surpassing client expectation

§  Ensure quality standards and policies adherence;

§  Ensure education, training and internal PR are dispense effectiveness.    

§  Support and mentor facility managers and supervisors

§  Manage relevant internal and external relations

§  Lead transition team to ensure smooth progress transition/handover to operation team

§  Manage client relationships

§  Securing new OEM

§  Responsible for accounts’ P&L and assigned account operation

§  Any other duties assigned by Aden Management

 Key Skills and Competencies:    

  The ideal candidate should possess:

§  Customer-oriented with good commercial sense

§  Teamwork spirit

§  English and Mandarin reading and writing skill,

§  Self-motivated, hard-working and good health;

§  Flexible to travel often in Mainland China;

§  Good public speaking and presentation ability

§  Strong PC and information technology skills; with working knowledge of computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office;

§  Possess a service aptitude and a customer-service approach to problem resolution;

§  Strong skills in vendors management and contract negotiation;

§  At least 10 years’ experience in facility management

§  Sensitive to market conditions
