Position Description                                                                                                         

Purpose of the Position:

？ Demand supply planning, Inventory management and optimization both in pipeline and warehouse/Port level 

？Follow up shipping/delivery and inventory performance on a regular basis, adjust replenishment strategy in a timely manner when needed 

？Ensure shipping/replenishment plan is based on clearly stated DFF data, with accurate and up to date information from all impacted areas, including transportation mode, lead time and mitigation actions. 

？ 3PL communication, management and monitor their performance, KPI improvement 

？ Own e-tracking and BI system, focus on trans. data analysis, lead time improvement and trans. data gap

？Data collection, maintenance and verification; systems, QBR, monthly sale count, TRR, Trans. Lead Time, SOP/spot quotation document maintenance per request or change 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

？ Short term (4-8weeks) demand supply planning 

- Demand supply planning

- Replenishment strategy adjustment

- Large size Packaging return planning  

- Logistics status ( inbound and outbound) control 

？ Align with regional plants on shipping readiness, ship plan , offload volume, trans. mode 

？ Conduct FGs delivery plan ( Multi- supply sources) to customer sites 

？ Collaborate with DSM, commercial, manufacturing, engineering on supply concerns/risks 

？ Other assigned tasks or projects

Education & Experience  

？ Bachelor degree or above 

？ Major in supply chain, administrative, logistics is preferred

Required Skills                                                

？ 5+years relevant experience in planning or supply chain

？ Familiar with Customs clearance and CIQ process of import & export 

？ Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills 

？ Strong analytical capabilities

？ Experience working across cultures
