岗位职责：

  

1. 配合新项目的前期质量策划工作（如试样、问题跟踪、文件等）

2. 负责编制过程控制文件，如控制计划更新维护、检验指导书、GP12等文件。

3. 负责质量数据/过程数据的收集，运用统计技术进行分析，制定纠正措施，并跟踪措施完成情况，完成相关的报告，如8D。

4. 严格执行与产品质量有关的程序要求，特别是不合格品控制、变化点管理、快速反应、safe launch等。

5. 协助现场质量管理和质量控制。

6. 负责每月统计质量报表。

7. 负责指导培训检验工人，包括检验工具的使用、检验标准等等。

8. 负责各类样件的管理、更新维护。

9. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。

    

    

   任职要求：

                        

1. 大专及以上学历；

2. 两年及以上汽车及零部件行业质量经验（***有直接OEM配合的工作经验）；

3. 有较强现场质量问题解决能力；

4. 了解通用的QSB标准、IATF16949.；

5. 英文CET-4以上，读写熟练，计算机操作熟练；

6. 具有团队合作精神，有较强的沟通能力。
