Job Description

? Achieve critical mass in concept bound workshops and Eco-system users to enable additional revenue streams and protect the AA core business
? Effectively represent Bosch Car Service to customers, suppliers and cooperation partners
? Creation and execution of business plans to support the company's financial targets
? Define, plan and execute long-term strategic goals and workshop concept offering anticipating client's needs and market developments
? Manage and develop the digital eco-system around automotive workshops in China as template for other markets
? Drive enhancement of the Bosch value proposition towards workshop to differentiate from competition
? Improve internal processes and efficiency by ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit
? Lead and manage strategic projects with cooperation partners

Qualifications

? Bachelors degree required, Masters or MBA preferred
? 7+ year's experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Management
? Car enthusiast and/or automotive industry experience highly preferred
? Strong, decisive and positive leadership personality
? Change agent with track record of managing organizations up to the "next level"
? Experience in M+A projects and/or start-up incubation/acceleration
? Digital native with experience and track record of defining digital business models and services
? Capability to take the workshop perspective and meet automotive workshop needs with solutions
? Excellent written and verbal communication including experience in keynote speeches and presentations
? Intercultural experience with different markets and customer groups preferred
? Hands-on attitude and capability to take the perspective of small business owners
