岗位职责：

主要负责互联网行业中高端岗位人才招聘和咨询工作

1.收集行业信息，理解企业背景和招聘需求

2.通过公司提供的招聘平台搜索合适人选简历，并主动与人选沟通，进行职位介绍、电话初试

3.推荐人才，协助安排面试、反馈跟踪、谈薪、人选入职等

4.完成日常推荐量、面试量的考核；

5.完成个人年度业绩目标

任职要求：

1、人力资源或计算机相关专业优先。

2、有1年以上IT互联网公司招聘工作经验或IT软件外包行业工作经验优先。

3、熟悉招聘流程、各种招聘渠道和面试方法。

4、有人力资源招聘的实务操作经验，熟悉国家相关法律法规。

5、学历能力强，自信乐观，善于与人沟通，做事有耐心有韧性；

6．有较强的责任感，能承受一定工作压力。

工作时间】：上午：8点30- 12点 下午：13:30点 - 6点 周末双休

【福利待遇】：无责底薪+绩效+招聘提成（招聘提成上不封顶），平均薪资6-8k
