Main responsibilities

? Provide overall admin management.

? Implement office admin policies and procedure.

? Responsible for admin budget, and review monthly admin cost, make analysis and continuously improve it.

? Office supplier sourcing, negotiation and management to make sure cost effective, such as office leasing, hotel, stationery provider, car rental agency and so on.

? Supervise office decoration and fix assets annual check.

? Supervise company driver, clean ladies and other relevant staffs to provide high quality service.

? Provide supporting work for company events, such as annual dinner, big event or meeting.

? Secretarial work from Plant General Manager.

? Assist General Manager in daily schedules, travel arrangements and the preparation and Meeting prepared when required

? A good reception of an important visitor

? Write letters, reports, meeting minutes and other comprehensive documents for General Manager

? Other admin and labor union affairs support when is needed.

? Other work affairs support from manager.

Requirements and Personal qualities

? Bachelor’s degree or above.

? fluent in English (both speaking and writing)

? Over 5 years admin related work experience priority

? Structured, work independently with accuracy, communicative, customer oriented and flexible
