Keep effective quality system in plant by fully implement MDLZ QCMS policy and in accordance with all relevant local, corporate and legal requirements and other requirements determined by Quality Lead. Be responsible for plant Quality KPIs and achieve quality goals. Quality representative of the plant, interface with MDLZ internal functions out of plant side, satisfy customers and keep good relationship with third-parts out of MDLZ.

1.Develop and implement a successful sanitation control program, train and qualify Line QM to guarantee line sanitation standard is available, increase effective utilization of sanitation labor and shorten time to improve productivity. Implement health check to improve sanitation compliance.

2.Maintain sanitary design standard,  execution and commercialization of new or modified facilities, infrastructure and equipment to ensure Mondelez Foods sanitary design standards and expectations are met. Train and qualify project leads,

3.Manage QCMS and EQD to ensure quantity and quality

职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in food, mechanical engineering or biology or related field required

2. 5 years food industry quality working experience

3. Be familiar with GMP & HACCP process

4.Clear knowledge of ISO9000 system,  FSSC22000 certificate application

5.Clear knowledge of food hygiene law

6. Good relationship managing with key stakeholders

7. Good management & communication skills

亿滋食品（北京）有限公司（原卡夫食品）
2004年，卡夫食品（中国）有限公司在北京亦庄经济开发区投资兴建了一座新的饼干生产工厂——卡夫食品（北京）有限公司，卡夫食品（中国）有限公司将现有的在北京的饼干生产工厂——北京纳贝斯克食品有限公司的生产线全部搬迁到新工厂，2007年已投产使用。建成后的新工厂将为中国市场提供产品，并且出口到包括澳大利亚在内的整个亚太地区。
卡夫食品北京工厂于2006年9月完成全部土建工作，并于2007年6月开始正式投入生产。生产区域占地面积41，000平方米，一期计划投产四条生产线，产量可达到60，000吨。搬迁后的北京工厂至此朝着客户首选的饼干工厂又迈进了一大步。
