Job Description

1.  Support Project Manager on the medium to large or multiple small customer facing projects managment.

2.  Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements

3.  Participates in the preparation of proposals and agreements. 

4.  Oversees project staff including project engineers, vendors, partners and subcontractors.

5.  Manages the project from start to completion including the resolution of project issues.

6.  Help on PM to follow up customer change requests and implement them.

7. Document work support and internal coordinating with the Teams.

Required Skills

o Project management or delivery experience is preferred. 

o  IT industry background will be better.  

o Has a working knowledge of the sales process including risk assessment and scoping

o Has a good understanding of the legal issues with contracts 

o Has advanced negotiation and presentation skills

o Understands the organization, aims and processes

o Fluent English and Japanese
