职位描述
1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The purpose of the job is growing company business by enhancing product distribution, availability and visibility through regular field visit to priority retailers and seamless cooperation with district franchiser
2. DIMENSIONS / QUANTITATIVE DATA:
- Sales cycle IMS target
- Sales cycle distribution target
- Sales cycle handling and OOS target
- Merchandising standard achievement rate in covered outlets
3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
ACCOUNTABILITY 1
Manage territory
- Analyze the situation of responsible territory and propose business plans;
- Achieve territory business objectives by retail coverage and franchiser cooperation;
- Identify opportunities in the territory for business improvement;
- Timely update company's retailer database in accordance with market situation change.
ACCOUNTABILITY 2
Optimize retail coverage
- Develop and optimize route plan to cover target retailers with best business contribution in terms of volume, location and image;
- Generate coverage scope and call frequency independently for the best effectiveness and efficiency;
- Keep constantly abreast with the changing market situation and comply with company objectives.
ACCOUNTABILITY 3
Maximize product availability
- Push product distribution though coverage or support from franchiser
- Maximize product availability in covered outlets by offering professional sales service to retailers;
- Minimize product OOS situation through trade education and smoothing product supply at district franchiser level;
- Achieve annual and cycle distribution and availability targets.
ACCOUNTABILITY 4
Optimize product visibility
- Maximize product visibility at retail level;
- Optimize product visibility at covered outlets according to cycle objectives;
- Ensure best spot and highest possible share of facing within outlets.
ACCOUNTABILITY 5
Manage POSM investment
- Place POSM according to merchandising standard and to cycle objectives;
- Select and contract best outlets for POSM package according to company standards;
- Set appropriate pay for performance targets for POSM outlets to ensure investment effectiveness;
- Constantly monitor the quality of POSM to ensure maintenance and keeping of quality standards;
- Ensure agreement is respected to maximize benefit from POSM investment.
ACCOUNTABILITY 6
Build trade and consumer relations
- Build and maintain efficient relationship with outlets owners and staff to secure business objectives;
- Ensure the company brands are treated as primary products in international segment at retail level;
- Provide information if market trends, news, legal issues and promotion sto retailers constantly to create professional circumstances for company brands;
- Treat all consumers with maximum care and attention;
- Use all available tools to increase brand awareness while respecting legal restraints.
ACCOUNTABILITY 7
Plan and implement promotion activities
- Analyze market situation and propoe promotion programs if applicable;
- Proactively involve in the promotion procedures to maximize results;
- Implement promotions according to plans;
- Gather feed-back from retailers or consumers for program improvement.

Ensure effective planning and coverage by Territory Executives
Motivate and develop field force
5. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
College/University Bachelor degree or above in business management or related areas
2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing in MNC
Familiar with modern trade and general trade.
Good computer skill, especially MS office
Familiar with MS Excel operation, able to sort and analyze data effectively and efficiently.
Fluently English speaking.
Passion for winning and self motivation.
Mobility.

Internal relationships:
- work closely with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing and Sales Information to achieve territory objective;
External relationships:
- work closely with district franchiser to ensure product availability;
- work closely with retailer to ensure product availability and visibility.
