Work you'll do
1、通过大数据挖掘、建模、机器学习等算法工具，为金融行业客户提供客户关系管理相关的用户洞察、客户画像、行为分析、精准营销等相关的服务与解决方案；
2、协助合伙人及高级管理人员完成客户沟通与前期沟通及需求调研的工作；
3、作为现场经理带领团队完成项目实施工作，如客户调研，方案编写，数据处理，代码编写，平台搭建，策略研究，设计文档编写等；
4、通过主动研究与学习，通过融入创新技术，不断优化团队现有解决方案。
A fit for the role? Let's talk about you.
1、硕士以上学历，理工类专业，例如数学，统计，计量经济学，计算机，金融工程，物理等；
2、5年以上工作经验，具有大型咨询项目管理与实施的项目经验（应用高级分析方法或搭建数据模型），具有多个独立带队完成从前期调研到最终汇报全流程的项目经验；
3、有较强的沟通能力，团队合作能力，善于理解项目需求，为项目提供业务分析和技术解决方案；
4、对传统统计方法和机器学习等高级分析方法都有扎实的基础，有过应用相关技术为国内领先金融机构提供解决方案的项目经验；
5、熟练掌握SAS、Python、R、 SQL等数据分析及数据库语言，有相关语言的开发与建模项目经验；
6、流利应用MS Office套件，具备优秀的商务英语能力，能够接受频繁出差。
