Responsibilities:
? Raise defects as required and actively be involved in the defect management process
? Monitor progress of owned tasks around Test execution and reporting and advise/escalate issues to the Testing Delivery Manager
? Manage end-to-end provision of test requirements across the project (environments, test accounts etc)
? Contribute to the resolution of project related risks and issues
? Work closely with Application Development and the application project teams to focus on pragmatic testing approach for project delivery.
? Able to analyse the business context (trends and business strategy), as well as project-specific requirements to guide testing delivery by leveraging all aspects (e.g. business, information and technology) of enterprise testing.
? Ensuring that the project is delivered with agreed upon business value, on time and highest quality
? Act as the mentor to test Analysts by providing guidance on both technical and personal development aspects.
? Collaborate with the Business Analysts to determine requirements of both internal quality (liability issues, performance levels) and external quality (usability, expected outcomes)


Requires:
? University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
? Formal Testing qualifications are desirable; however the emphasis is on a proven track record.
? At least 5 years hands-on project testing experience in large scale strategic programs or projects
? Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environment
? Strong leadership & communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
? Ability to translate business requirements into testing requirements/ scenarios
? Proven ability in testing multiple applications across an integrated testing environment
? Good writing skills and demonstrated ability to create documents with technical content
? Outcome focused with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and can gain buy-in on test strategies or test solutions.
? Can deliver and is "hands-on" with detailed attention to detail
? Experience or knowledge of Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) and/or Tablet application software is desirable.
? Hands on experience using HP QualityCenter, Configuration Management Tools, Automation Tools like QTP, good knowledge of Databases and XML
? Experience managing a high performance test team, driving projects, has deep technical expertise in automation and implementation of solid testing practices.
