• Take the responsibility to promote direct and indirect e-comm to achieve overall sales target
• Develop e-commerce MKT/ Trade Marketing strategy and budget management, to achieve the e-commerce business objectives.  Work closely with Brand Marketing Team to ensure e-commerce MKT strategies is integrated into Brand Strategies
• Work closely with the other functions (Merchandise, Retail, Wholesale) in developing regular/seasonal promotion calendar, and track the implementation. 
• Lead the Content Development for seasonable new product launch and promotion for online campaign.   Work closely with online retailers to ensure brand equity is properly represented
• Plan, analyze and optimize the spending on campaign & channel to meet the overall e-commerce KPIs and Sales Target with reasonable Return on Investment (ROI).  Supervise and monitor TP implementation and results.   

       ？ Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing / Cost-per-Sales / Email Newsletter / Display Advertising

       ？ Drive performance for Marketplaces and Brand Sites

• Support and integrate Brand Digital Marketing Strategy including but not limited to CRM program, Social media campaign, etc.
• Manage the online seeding(non-PR part)
• Other assignment from manager.

Needed Competencies

• Strong digital planning and management skills, highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong understanding/experience of online business channels (Tmall, etc.)
• Good commercial & consumer sense that drives business
• Deep understanding and insight on digital dynamic in China market
• Proactive, enthusiastic, committed with a "can-do" attitude
• Good analytical skill and team work spirit
