职位描述
KEY ROLE:
- Assist in preparation of sales performance reporting and forecasting
- Responsible for loading information to company’s reporting tools
- Assist in actual results tracking and variances investigation / explanations if any
- Help provide fact based data for company’s decision making
- Partner with Sales team to improve Gross-To-Net ratio and sales channel mix
- Help pricing analysis and new items’ pricing setting
- Support ad hoc financial projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and comment monthly sales performance reporting or deck in accordance with company guidelines
- Assist in preparation of quarterly rolling forecast and annual budgeting
- Manage new customer setting up process including contract commercial terms review, due diligence reports tracking etc.
- Propose customer’s credit limits and credit terms

Assist FP&A director in sales risks and opportunities highlights by preparing fact based information
Track actual trade spending against budget
Understand channel goals and strategies as well as company’s financial policies and provide analysis to help sales achieve goals
Help provide financial analysis on new customer or models for go/no-go decisions support
Help identify channel profitability drivers and analysis as required by management
- Working collaboratively with sales to drive continuous improvement to our forecasting and modelling methodology
- Prepare and attend ad-hoc business reviews
KEY COMPETENCIES
l Technical know-how requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 3 years in FP&A
- A self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Highly numerate with strong Excel and Financial Modelling skills, be analytical and inquisitive by nature and be able to understand and spot trends in complex data and interpret them
- Full understanding of the month end close process and how it relates to other closing activities
- Good business judgment
- Ability to explain complex concepts and problems in simple terms, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with other business functions
- Good organizational skills to proactively manage workload and use time efficiently for completing projects consistently and on time
- Experience with SAP
