· Managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scopes of works

· Work as the liaison between all project team members, including the client, the designer, engineers, contractors, venders, and suppliers

· Responding to the client’s needs and coordinating with the contractors, venders, and suppliers

· Creating and executing work plans and revise as appropriate to meet the rapid change of needs and requirements of the project

· Reviewing deliverables prepared by team before passing to clients and contractors

· Working closely with the client, the design team, engineers, and construction team and overseeing the project process

· Preparing feasible studies, cost estimates, and project schedules, monitoring of the project schedule and budget the project’s duration

· Inspecting the construction site and making sure the design is properly carried out and construction quality meets our high standards

· Effectively applying our methodology and enforcing the RIA standards, minimizing our exposure to risks on projects

· Chairing project meetings and site meetings, and preparing reports and meeting minutes

· Ensures project documents are up-to-date, complete, and filed appropriately

Other

· Ideally, candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the corporate interior design and construction field

· Is familiar with the Shanghai building codes and regulations

· Have a knowledge base of the health and safety standards and green policies

· It is preferred but not essential that candidates have a background in architecture/interior design
