Role purposes: Support the successful transfer of China site contracts

Responsibilities:

1. To download and prepare files from LR content serves to prepare the transfer according to the required checklist.
2. To set up contracts in our business operating system along with any subsequent changes to client details, aligned to customer expectations.
3. To plan job in our business operating system and communicate with the client on the schedule.
4. To prepare, check and issue certificates to customer and consolidate necessary information of the certification for upload.

Qualification:

1. Good English language proficiency.
2. Be capable of using different IT systems (BOS, CDH)
3. Be able to learn quickly
