2.Recruiting channels select according to position.

3.Role Description preparation and ads delivery
岗位描述准备及广告发布。
4.CV Screen, Interview preparation（interview questions, test） and arrangement.
简历挑选，面试准备(面试问题，测试)及面试安排。
5.Recruiting status follow up & report update.
招聘进度跟进及更新报告。
6.On board issues follow up.
入职事宜进。
7.Employment contract management.
劳动合同管理。
8.Organize exit interview and management.
离职访谈与管理。
9.Other tasks assigned by HR supervisor.
人事主管指派的其他工作任务。
Requirements：
?At least college graduate, major in HR management or related discipline.
大专以上学历，人力资源管理或其他相关专业。
?Min. 3 Years related work experience, manufacturing experience preferred.
3年以上相关工作经验，工厂招聘经验优先。
?Familiar with recruiting channels.
?熟悉各类招聘渠道：网站，人才/劳务市场，校园招聘等。
?Familiar with related labour law and regulations.
?熟悉相关劳动法律法规。
?Good language and presentation skill.
?良好的语言与表达能力。

The production line of the plant includes automotive seat heating systems (carbon fiber included), automotive comfort seat systems, steering wheel heaters, and cable harnesses. W.E.T. China keeps the same high standards of management organization, production techniques, and quality control as in the other W.E.T. plants worldwide, and is in fact QS9000 and TS 16949 certified. W.E.T. China products are exported to Europe, Japan, and North America.
