Responsibility:

1. Perform & complete field service work including Installation, FAT, SAT, IQOQ, Operational Training of Single Use Mixer System, Single Use Bioreactor, Chromatography System, Normal Flow Filtration and Tangential Flow Filtration System.

2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting on site or remote for customer hardware & software issue. 

3. Finish field service report and daily record in Salesforce timely.

4. Provide technical support & field service for data communication between system and customer’s SCADA.

5. Work with sales and other colleagues to build spare parts list for customer on critical & PM parts.

6. Perform FAT, SAT, IQOQ, PM with APAC Field Service and Global Field Service team.

7. Finish other job assigned by supervisor and manager. 

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor on engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation), more than 5 years working experience.

2. Familiar with program on mainstream brand PLC & HMI is required, better to be proficient in Siemens/Emerson/Allen-Bradley.

3. Worked in Pharmaceutical industry for Installation, Commissioning, IQOQ, validation; Knowledge of GMP; Field engineer in Engineering company will be advantageous. 

4. Social skills, self-regulation, motivation and responsible. 

5. Willing to work hard and dedicated.

6. Acceptable of frequent travel in China, and travel oversees independently (some time).

7. Basically English ability on listen, oral, read and write.
