Your tasks

As HR Generalist (m/f) at IAV China you will have the chance to engage in a variety of HR tasks as part of a small HR-team. You will also be collaborating with counterparts at IAV Germany in order to deliver holistic solutions to your internal clients. Your tasks will comprise but will not be limited to:

 

1. Talent development – 70%

 

1. Pre-training: deeply involve in training needs analysis, build annual training plan, programs communication, nomination and promotion, and training materials preparation etc.

2. Facilitate in-person courses, such as New Hire Orientation training, general soft skills training, and frontline leadership training, etc.   

3. Post-training: design follow-up activities for key programs to measure behavioral change and track success stories.

4. Manage tailor-made training programs (training bonding agreement, coordination with HR counterparts at IAV GmbH for logistics matters etc.)

5. Manage timelines, budgets and quality of work delivered by external vendors and consultants.

6. Reinforce learning system by deploying diverse learning practices and promote “Learning organization” culture.

7. Facilitate talent development practices such as High potential identification, talent review, succession plan etc.

8. Assist superior in competency map design and update

9. Involve in talent management or training projects as needed.

 

 

1. Support on Expats matters – 30%

 

1. Work/residence permit application for expats.

2. Apartment leasing for expats with support from real agent.

3. Other duties as assigned by the line manager.

    

    

   Your skills

    

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years’ in training and development

2. Proven experience as L&D Management, Training Management or similar

3. Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

4. Experience in in-person programs delivery and facilitation

5. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

6. Proficient in MS Office  

7. Fluent in oral and written English, German will be a plus

8. Excellent communication skills and organizing skills

9. International awareness, good communication and interpersonal skills
