Book keeping and monthly close are completed timely and accurately. Preparation of financial statements - including the balance sheet, income statement. Accounting systems are updated and staff reimbursements are processed on time. Regular accounting business with tax bureau, bank and related government administration section is completed on time.

    

及时准确的记账和完成每月结帐，包括资产负债表及利润表的报表准备。日常财务系统的维护和处理员工报销。日常涉及税务，银行及相关政府管理部门的财务工作。

    

To achieve this objective the following will be required:

为达到上述目标需做到如下几点：

• Handle expenses, reimbursements, and payments in accordance with company’s policy and procedures
• 报销及付款符合公司政策和相关流程
• Timely and accurately bookkeeping (AP, AR, FA and GL) into financial system, in compliance with Chinese GAAP
  及时准确地在财务软件中对（应付账款，固定资产和总账等）进行记账处理，并确保其符合中国的会计准则
• Manage petty cash according to company’s policy
  依据公司政策管理备用金
• Coordinate company banking business such as capital increase, capital verification, exchange settlement, bank account opening, etc.
• 银行业务，如增资、验资、结汇、开户等
• Complete company registration and issue invoice at project located tax bureau according to different project schedule.
• 项目进度完成项目所在地的公司注册及发票开具
• Maintain good working relationship with bank and tax bureau
  与银行及税务维持良好关系

Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting / Finance or related

    

会计/财务或者其它相关专业本科或以上学历。

Proficiency with Chinese GAAP

熟悉中国会计准则

Excellent skills in finance software (such as Kingdee, Ufsoft), MS office and related computer applications

熟练掌握财务软件（例如金蝶，用友等），能熟练使用办公软件及相关电脑应用

Good command of English both in verbal & written

良好的英语书写及表达能力

Excellent team player, independent and flexible work mate.

优秀的团队协作力，能独立灵活的完成工作

Detail orientated, honest and responsible. can work under pressure

注重细节，诚信，有责任心。能承担工作压力。

Accounting qualification certificate

会计从业资格证。

Primary/Intermediate accountant certificate

初级/中级会计职称。
