职位描述
This position will be based in Beijing, reporting to S&OP manager, working together with ADAMA China Agricultural Company. Purpose of this position is responsible for the S&OP process in company level, including demand supply planning, repacking and package plan, inventory management, and risk management. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to develop customer solutions and issues resolution, identify the risk of inventory and follow up the solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following priorities:
** Follow the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Responsibilities include forecasting, demand review, supply review, inventory management, SKU rationalization and customization, creditability setup and measurement by provinces and regions.
** Accurate forecast of sales volumes, models mix in line with market needs and supply plan or production plan of products on a 12 months basis. Monthly evaluation for accuracy forecasts. Validate the data in JDA system and maintain the data basis.
** Responsible for purchase plan、repacking plan and package plan with short and long term view. Maintain and fill all necessary IT systems monthly
**Coordinate with tolling supplier、logistics team、customers service to ensure on time delivery
** Provide supply chain analysis support for customer service, logistics, planning and other projects in the country. Identify and execute on the supply chain structure, process and resource needs as country grows. Find and Implement Optimization and Cost Saving Initiatives
CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate at least 3-5 years working experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, planning, production, order fulfillment.
Knowledge of inventory and capacity management activities across multiple manufacturing plant locations. Good understanding of supply chain activities & the dependencies across sales, customer service & transportation/warehousing functions.
Strong technical attitude. Advanced user of Excel, with significant abilities and experience in Powerpoint, database
Demonstrated expertise with advanced analytical functions and an intermediate understanding of financial analysis
Strong process improvement skills (six sigma or others) with the proven ability to implement process changes to improve efficiency and cost savings across functions. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and other software skills
Team cooperation spirit, logic thinking, careful with figures
Competency of working in high pressure and handling multiple tasks
Demonstrated ability to lead demand/capacity & related S&OP activities
Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
Education and Experience: At least Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or supply chain or logistics is preferred
Knowledge and Skills: ? Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills ? Good sense in budget control ? To be initiative and independent ? Determined to achieve results and passion to succeed ? Demonstrates strong management skills, especially in projects management ? Ability to work under pressure with moving targets and dynamic environment
