职位描述
岗位职责
1. 负责纯化用所有缓冲液的配制
2. 负责纯化制备仪器与蛋白检测仪器的日常使用、维护与保养
3.负责凝胶层析柱的制备、使用与保养
4.全面负责研发部所有项目铕标记抗原或抗体的制备，并完成相应的制备记录
5.对铕标记的工艺进行优化，以提高铕标记抗原或抗体的稳定性或提高蛋白的标记率
岗位要求
1. 专业与学历要求：生物科学、生物技术、生物化工或化学专业本科以上学历（硕士在读或应届毕业生优先考虑）
2.掌握蛋白质（主要为重组抗原与抗体）分离与纯化基础理论，如对理论有深入研究则优先考虑
3.熟练掌握各种凝胶过滤与层析方法的原理与实验操作
4.对蛋白质的稳定性有一定了解
5.有一定的耐心，有较强的实验动手能力，较好的文件或报告撰写能力，良好的团队合作精神
