Responsibility

1 Responsible for maintaining the GL accounts and data inputting, monthly financial reports preparing, which includes:

？General ledger input and responsible its accuracy in terms amount, correct location on ledger code and dimension. This also includes preparation of the support calculation and summary documents such as staff payroll summary, fixed assets list & depn, provision calculations etc.

？ Oversee the sales ledger and purchase journal input process and review and make sure of the accuracy.

？ Lead the process of all TB accounts checking and reconciliation with detailed record.

？ Produce monthly financial report. (Incl. external and internal)

？ Quarterly tax package report and Revenue supplementary report

？ Other regular things related to the accounting system maintenance and problem solving.

2 Responsible for IIT calculation and application.

3 Oversee the whole process of tax application and responsible for the regular communication with government dept.

4 Responsible for annual audit, tax clearance and other annual financial report required by the government.

5 Responsible for accounting documents, company certificates and tax documents filing. Filing list control and update.

6 Other regular accounting related work:

？ Providing necessary info to BU Finance or other dept in the company.

？ Analyze relevant reports and detail of ledgers, response to the queries from FM/FD and the board from time to time

Competency

1 Degree in accounting or finance related subjects;

2 2-3 years’ relevant experience;

3 Careful and cautious character and attitude

4 Moderate communication skill and team working;

5 Be able to undertake various scope of work;

6 Moderate finance standard and tax understanding;

7 Moderate English and computer skill;
