职位描述

Position is responsible for managing sales directly to tend-users of the organization’s products or services in China and Asia Pac area, or is responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic basis.

Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex technical or business support or operations team(s). Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers. Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.

Job Responsibilities

l Managing the relationship with the client as well as strategic leadership and design.

l Working with service delivery to effectively carry out tactical strategy and deliver services and solutions based on account strategy, including creating and/or communicating tactical objectives with a global team.

l Managing client relationship and all aspects of business development.

l Developing and presenting proposals, solutions and pricing models to grow account.

l Contract development and negotiations.

l Financial accountability including profitability, budgeting and forecasting, cost analysis and invoicing.

l Developing, sponsoring or supporting introduction of new and improved methods, procedures, or technologies to drive improvement and consistent global delivery.

l Consistently reviewing the program’s performance and identifies trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.

l Exceeding the customer’s expectations in terms of quality, service level agreement (SLA) achievements, client satisfaction and innovation.

l Establishing and maintaining working relationships within the organization as well as externally in the industry.

Qualifications & Job Skills

· Bachelor’s degree required, Master's or graduate certifications preferred. Typically requires 1-2 years of Management experience.

· Five to ten years of indepth understanding of delivery of services as an Account Manager, Business Development Leader, etc.

· At least 3 years experience as Account Manager or Business Development Manager in ITO/BPO industry.

· Professional and experienced working with MNCs in China or Chinese leading Internet Technology Companies.

· Excellent English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.

· High tolerance and evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations

· Strategic planning abilities

· Budgeting/financial experience

· Continuous improvement experience

· Excellent communication and relationship skills

· Superior verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills

· Collaboration and team leadership abilities

· Effective time and project management skills

· International business experience is preferred

  • Domestic and International travel is required
