岗位职责：

1、负责协调、办理员工入离职、人事调整等手续；建立并维护人事档案等；

2、协助上级开拓和维护各类招聘渠道，执行招聘工作流程，完成招聘任务和目标；

3、负责办理员工的各项社会保险手续；

4、负责办理外籍员工工作证及工作签证；

5、负责协助公司企业文化建设工作，包括会务组织、团队建设活动安排等；

6、完成上级安排的其他工作。

职位要求：

1、有较强的执行力、沟通能力和协调能力；

2、具有较强的语言表达能力，文字功底好；

3、做事认真严谨，责任心强，善与人沟通，活泼开朗，有亲和力；

4、有团队合作意识和敬业精神；

5、熟练使用常用办公软件及网络应用；

6、有人力资源相关工作经验优先考虑

7、英语听说读写良好。

学习能力强的应届生也可。
