As a core member of APAC supply chain leadership team, this role will lead and drive the supply chain integration organizationally and operationally following the business structure and implement global/regional supply chain initiatives and strategies for China.

Fully accountable for China supply chain day to day operation from Sales and Operation planning, stock replenishment, inventory management to import logistics and domestic distribution, ensure the best-in-class service is provided to our external and internal customers, and support rapidly business growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Implementing global planning process to streamline the country operation and optimize inventory
2. Lead change management for country operation to execute Dentsply Sirona business strategy effectively and efficiently
3. Develop long term China distribution strategy
4. Working hand in hand with Quality to ensure logistics operation are fully compliant with China regulation and quality requirement
5. Standardize, establish and regularly maintain standard operation procedures (SOPs) to ensure an accurate and up to date Supply Chain quality management system
6. Strengthen supply chain excellence by controlling and optimizing inventory and improving over/under stock products based on accurate forecast
7. As focal point, work closely with global planning leaders for country related initiatives/projects/ad hoc business request
8. Develop and equip adequate supply chain skills for the team members in order to meet organization growth and supply chain maturity requirement.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor and/or Master degree in supply chain, Logistics, Information technology or related disciplines from reputable University or Tertiary Institution
2. Over 10 years’ experience of managing end to end SCM operation
3. Proven successful experience of inventory management
4. People Management
5. Work in medical device, personal care or pharmaceutical industry is preferable
6. Strong Leadership skills and change management experience, working in regional and matrix structure is preferred
7. Customer “centric” mindset, Can-do attitude and sense of urgency are key to success
8. Communication skill both in Chinese and English (Business Level). Clear and effective communication with team members span across functions, cultures and socio-geographic areas.
9. Knowledge of country regulation is preferable
10. have a good sense of numbers and strong analytical ability, good communication skill and "hands on" approach on problem solving
11. Continuous improvement/lean mindset in a changing business environment to achieve a good result
