Main Responsibilities 工作职责：

Assist in the preparation of tax computations and tax returns

协助计算税金和填制社保表

Translate tax laws and regulations of other countries

翻译它国的税法及协定

Read and interpret the PRC tax laws and regulations

研究及解释中国税法和相关规定

Help deal with tax compliance issues for companies and representative offices

协助处理公司和办事处的税务合规事项

Help perform tax due diligence on transactions for both private equity and corporate clients

协助为客户提供税务尽职调查服务

Help with tasks on annual filing engagements

协助完成汇算清缴工作

Qualification 职位要求：

Bachelor's degree or above majoring in tax

税务专业本科及以上学历

Good understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations

对税务政策，规定和规范有了解

Be mature, proactive, motivated with strong sense of teamwork 

成熟，积极主动，有团队合作精神

Willingness to work under pressure

能在压力下工作

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills

优秀的英语及普通话书面和口语交流能力，包括专业和商务写作，报告和表达技巧
