职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES：
1.In charge of flooring,plywood or hardware orders;
2.Find appropriate Chinese factories to purchase from;
3.Negotiate pricing and terms through specific product details with factories once order is obtained;
4.Arrange quality inspections at factories by our in-house inspectors;
5.Arrange for transportation, booking of space in carrier and insurance;
6.Prepare export documentation;
7.Ensure client’s satisfaction through Service and Product;
8.Adhere to company’s existing working practices & procedures;
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Personal qualities: Responsible, pro-active and good attitude to life;
2.Working experience: Two years or above in any of the Responsibilities listed;
3.Communication skills: Very strong in both English and Chinese;
4.Computer skills: Strong in Microsoft Office and Photoshop;
5.Educational background: Technical College or University graduate.
6.Product knowledge: a strong advantage;
7.Place of work：Beijing.
8.Travel: required sporadically to factories and product fairs.

3. 获得订单后,针对产品的详细信息与工厂谈判价格和相关条款；
4. 安排公司内部的质检员到工厂验货；
5. 安排运输、定舱及保险事宜；
6. 准备出口单据；
7. 通过良好的服务和产品确保客户满意度；
8. 能够遵守公司现行的工作惯例及流程。
要求：
1. 个人能力：负责、具有前瞻性、热爱生活；
2. 工作经验：具有两年以上相关工作经验；
3. 沟通能力：具有很强的中英文沟通能力；
4. 英语要求：CET6及以上；
5. 计算机操作能力：熟练使用OFFICE系列办公软件及PHOTOSHOP；
6. 学历要求：大专及以上学历；
7. 产品知识：熟悉地板、胶合板、五金知识中任何一种优先考虑；
8. 工作地点：北京
9. 出差：因工作需要偶尔会到工厂出差或参加产品交易会等。
