间接采购专员招聘要求 Requirements for Indirect Purchaser

    

工作内容Job Description

1. Coordinate with the relevant purchase coordinator to source new indirect material supplier, like packing consumables, market advertising, promotion, office supplies, fix assets, logistic transportation etc..协调员对接，开展相关间接物料采购新供应商的开发，如包装用耗材类，市场展销、促销品类（媒体广告，展览，商业礼品等），办公用品、固定资产，物流运输等
2. All suppliers’ basic information maintenance (supplier business license and the related qualification documents validity, business operation address, contact person information, contract validity etc.), collect and file all documents relate to purchasing process like suppliers’ qualification documents, purchase contract. And keep them as update situation供应商的基本信息维护（如：营业执照及各项资质认证证书是否在有效期内，经营地址、联系人信息、签订的长期合同是否到期等），及相关供应商资质资料、采购合同文档的集中存档，及时更新相关信息保持其有效状态。
3. Collectively purchase price upload into AX system based on the approved price list by authorized leaders for direct material, indirect material purchase price register into a nominated place as electric spreadsheet format for price easy checking and price trend and variation analysis的采购合同进行价格批量登记，如是直接物料，批量上载入AX系统并定期检查更新确保价格有效，间接物料不通过AX系统下订单的，价格统一登录入EXCEL电子表格，方便后续采购价格检索及价格变化趋势分析
4. Against the group procurement policy requirement, to prepare and draft purchase contract, for the critical purchase contract terms and conditions to consult with company’s legal expert to lower the legal risk as low as possible, initiate contract terms negotiation to assure the best benefit to Tikkurila要求，采购合同的拟定准备、重大合同条款条件需与公司法律顾问咨询确保最小化合同法律风险，跟供应商进行初步谈判确保合同条件条款实现迪古里拉公司利益***化
5. Supplier Performance Periodic Evaluation, supply risk timely precaution评估，及供应风险的及时预警

间接采购专员资质要求 Qualification Requirements

1. 三年以上采购工作经验，有跨国公司间接采购经验者佳。3 years above purchasing experience, prefer to have direct purchasing experience in multinational manufacturing environment
2. 本科及以上学历，采购与供应管理、物流管理、广告策划、市场营销或相关专业.At least Bachelor’s degree in Purchase and Supply management, Logistics, Finance, Chemicals, or other related fields.
3. 英语听说读写能力优秀者（可以独立跟外国同事用英文沟通）学历可放宽至大专。Education degree to be acceptable to colleague diploma for the candidates, who have excellent in English Speaking, listening, reading and writing (be capable of communication with foreign colleagues independently). 
4. 有丰富的间接物料采购经验，熟悉专业服务、物流、市场及销售消费品、人力资源、办公用品、固定资产、设备备品维护维修类的供应市场
5. Rich procurement experience in indirect material and services, professional service, logistic, HR service, office supplies, marketing/sales expense, Capital, MRO etc..
6. 具备优秀成本分析、谈判及沟通技能Knowledge for Chinese Contract Law and International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms (INCOTERMS), assure the contract terms sign with supplier to be compliance with Law and Regulations and International Trade Basic rules.
7. 熟悉《中华人民共和国合同法》及《国际贸易术语解释通则》, 确保与供应商所签订的合同条款条件满足法律法规要求及国际贸易的基础性国际通行规则Experience in performing in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment
