Are you an expert and interested in developing brand retail channel with critical thinking and hands-on building?Here's an excellent job opportunity to play a key role to build LCS retail operation system to engage more people with LEGO and deliver pinnacle brand experience.
Core Responsibilities
? Responsible for LCS district assortment planning.
? Identify district assortment development opportunity and make assortment strategy, make right demand planning and balance weekly order.
? Co-Lead district product life cycle management with cross function team, from launch plan to exit plan in line with the holistic channel assortment strategy.
? Lead STORE assortment planning and listing(SKU Planograms) solution with RBE team and District team. Drive implementation with merchandising team and partner retail operation team together.
? Timely optimize STORE assortment solution in terms of the district team feedback and insights to support the business development requirement.

LCS is a fast-growing channel and important platform to have pinnacle brand retail experience to engage more children and adults in China. LCS plays a meaningful role in brand building to support our expansion and penetration. To support LCS fast and sustainable growth, we need District Assortment Planning role, who is responsible related customer and store assortment and product management, demand planning, stock management and store planograms, who will work closely with Marketing & Operation, Customer Development, and related teams. This requires strong capabilities of analytics and insights generation, as well as with sufficient retail and operation knowledge and experiences.
Do you have what it takes?
? Bachelor’s degree, in a business related field preferred 5+ years of relevant working experiences in category/assortment planning or trade marketing.
? Critical thinking with confirmed business experience and understanding.
? Strong shopper/consumer insight and portfolio management skill based on data analysis.
? Strong self-learning and self-motivation to support good result delivery.
? Energized by working towards planned targets, overcoming obstacles, setbacks and uncertainty.
? Open-minded and always try to find a new way to seek problems.
? Proficient in both written and spoken English and excellent in MS Office tools, especially excel.
? Experience in retail industry is preferred.
