Job Description:

· Prepare financial plan in order to meet company's financial objective.

· Insure monthly and yearly closing in an accurate and timely manner.

· Duties include assessing company's assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status and so on.

· Responsible for appraising unit operating results in terms of costs, budgets, and trends.

· Implement finance/accounting policies and procedures.

· Interacts with banks, auditors and tax authorities.

· Manages and trains a team of financial/accounting staff.

· Other special projects, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.


Skills and Requirements:

· University degree or equivalent, majoring in Accounting or Finance.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably with experience working in a MNC's subsidiary located in China.

· Possesses in-depth understanding of China/Local law and regulations and relevant international accounting principles and control.

· Highly self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

· Leadership skills and ability to manage teams.

· Team player with ability to work comfortably across functional groups within organization.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluent English ability.
