职位描述

主要工作内容:

· Creates assortment plan strategy in units and dollars for china and HK market; buys and purchases orders every season in accordance with key KPI such as sales, sell thru% and turnover; works closely alongside the Visual Merchandising and marketing to keep our business on top. Suggest business needs to achieve optimal KPI’s.

· Plans and executes buying options, quantity & quality of merchandise in accordance with customer demand, market trends, and brand direction

根据客户需求、市场趋势和品牌方向,规划和执行购买选择、商品数量和订货量

Travels overseas in attending fashion show and presentation.

在海外参加时装秀和时装展示

· Presents the idea of the collection to stores and product training team every season

每一季向门店和产品培训团队展示该系列的理念

· Maximize sales and keeping healthy inventory turn by proper allocation and consolidations in right timing and stores. Also, reviews and reacts to sales performance by creating and reviewing sales reports.

配合门店及时调货,调整库存量,让库存保持健康的运转。此外,通过销售业绩表现来进行规划

· Evaluate store profile by performance of product, qualitative communication with store staffs and travel to the stores to manage and improve our buying strategies at least once per season. Store visit report is needed afterward.

与门店员工的定期沟通,通过商品售卖表现、评估门店概况。至少一年两次去往门店获取实际销售情况以改进买货策略

· Assist in Mega/family sales and also store opening

协助大型/家庭销售以及开店

· Provides right guideline and direction to the team

为团队提供正确的指导

· Coaches and develop all the team members in working with passion and also improving their buying strategy to promote growth and success for the company

负责指导团队工作并培养所有团队成员的工作热情、改进他们的购买策略,以促进公司销售额的增长和成功

· Coaches and develop his/her subordinate in working with passion and also improving their buying strategy to promote growth and success for the company

负责指导及培养下属,同时改进他们的购买策略,以促进公司的发展和成功

· Problems solving for their junior member

负责为初级员工答疑解惑

任职资格要求:

· At least 5-8 years of solid experience in merchandises buying /planning /product merchandising in fashion retail industry

· 至少5-8年在时装零售业的商品购买/规划/产品销售方面的扎实经验

· China exposure is a must

· 有中国市场工作经历

· Strong analytical and reporting skills

· 较强的分析和报告技能

· Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English

· 精通中英文书写和口语

· Attention to detail with high level of accuracy

· 高度精确地关注细节

· Proficient in Microsoft excel, powerpoint and words

· 精通Microsoft excel、powerpoint和Word
