岗位职责:

1. Set up MPS model according to the company's operating strategy, sales forecast, and make timely adjustment according to the market conditions;
根据公司运营策略，销售需求预测，建立公司主计划需求模型，并根据市场状况做出及时调整；
2. Set up rolling plan for the next 2 months via inter-dept. communication, Create manufacturing order according to the customer requirement and workshop capacity to have a balance;
每月跨部门协调制定1-2个月滚动计划，并根据实际需求与车间产能下达生产；
3. Follow up the production status, to ensure timely delivery of each order;
依照主生产计划，跟进并督促生产至发货各阶段状态，保证订单的及时交付；
4. Risk assement for temporary project requirement, and timely feedback and handling exceptions;
对临时插单项目进行多方面风险评估，及时反馈和处理异常;
5. Handling matters related to BOM changes;
设计变更相关事项处理，包括投料变更以及涉及的物料主数据变更事项协调；
6. Coordinate with material planner, adjust planning strategy to optimize stock control;
与物料计划员协调，合理控制库存；
7. Provide support for the business of new company(Changzhou) in China;
支持SICK新建工厂(常州工厂）的生产运营业务；
8. Provide support for cross function issues of SAP, and participate in the project of SAP optimzation from AG team;
跨部门支持SAP系统中的各项问题，并参与到与德国的SAP系统优化项目中；

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above, the major of Industrial Engineering and Logistics Engineering is preferred;
本科及以上，工业工程，物流工程专业优先；
2. Experience in production planning and scheduling, SAP system support, etc.
有生产计划与调度，SAP系统支持等工作经验；
3. More than 3 years working experience;
3年以上工作经验;
4. Good command of English at work;
工作中熟练使用英语；
5. Familiar with Excel and VBA, PBI and other office tools；
熟悉Excel，VBA，PBI等办公软件；
6. Have strong communication and coordination ability；
具有较强的沟通协调能力。

As the fourth legal entity of SICK in China, the project will invest us $6 million, and the production and inventory area will reach 10,000 square meters, laying a competitive advantage and a quick response mechanism for localized intelligent system production. As an important manufacturing center in China and the world in the future, Jiangsu SICK is an important strategic move for SICK to achieve localization, establish a foothold in China and connect the world, which also demonstrates the great confidence of SICK group in the Chinese market.
