职位描述

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? HR Manager is responsible for assisting HR head in managing HR

? Department and providing effective, timely and cost effective services in the following areas:

l Recruitment & Selection

l Administration of employee data

l Compensation & Benefits

l Training & Development

l Employee Relations

l Security



? HR Manager to provide strong leadership to the HR team (technical expertise + business direction).

? Plan, organize, and carry out organizational policies, procedures, and program in the following areas: Staffing, Compensation & Benefit, Training, Administration and Security.

? Assist HR Manager for oversee standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures to ensure the company's staffing requirements are met in a timely manner, and interview management level candidates;

? Assist HR Manager to protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with the employee handbook and government laws and regulations, establish a positive employer-employee relationship;

? Conduct a continuing study of all HR policies, programs and practices, monitor for the effectiveness and cost containments;

? Exchange knowledge and information with other Jabil facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the Jabil organization;

? Build relationship among the departments



REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor Degree in related subjects with minimum 3 years Human Resources management working experience in a manufacturing company, or equivalent combination of education and experience;

? Proficient and knowledgeable in laws and other government rules and regulations related to Human Resources;

? Ability to solve practical problems and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, or other audit agencies;

? Ability to lead and coach all Human Resources personnel to be independent and motivated in carrying out their responsibilities

? Advanced computer skill, be good at office software;

? Fluent English in writing and speaking with CET-6 above level;

? Work hard and independently and have a sense of responsibility;

? Good presentation, communication and organization skills.
