任职要求：

1.中专以上机械电子工程学历和至少两年的相关职位工作经验。

2.懂得机械和电子要求的技术图纸/规格要求

3.能熟练使用检验检测设备和仪器，如测微计，测径器，万用表等

4.具备ISO 9000和相关质量控制方法的相关知识

5.懂英语，能基本会话

6.能熟练使用 Microsoft Word 和 Excel等软件。

工作职责：

1.按照图纸，规格等要求对采购的材料，部件，半成品和产成品实施检验；编写检验记录和检验报告，评估检验的结果并在需要时提出改善建议措施。.

2.标识、隔离检验出的不合格产品于指定的区域并通知进行后续的处置。对于返工物品进行再次检验确认。

3. 明显地标识检验产品的质量检验状况。

4. 编写检验记录和检验报告，将按伦茨要求不合格的产品向其上级报告。当涉及供应商时，协助其上级进行投诉并推动供应商实施纠正和预防。

5. 在IQC、IPQC、FQC和OQC过程中发现问题后，协助其上级采取立即和有效的纠正措施进行处置，

6.定期编制质量检验报告。运用恰当的统计方法，如因果图和排列图，认识现在主要质量问题和其原因；提议合理的改进建议

7.负责检验设备和检验工具的日常标识，使用,维护和储存。

8.按规定有效保存相关的检验记录。
