Job Description：

Participate in daily IT operations. The role involves providing strong acknowledge of AD/Exchange management. Working as team member from global operation team and implement solutions for corporate users. Closely follow up the guidance from global operation team

Qualifications：

？  Very Good Oral and written communication skills in English

？  Ability to work as a team player as well as independently

？  Proactive and shows initiative in completing projects/tasks with little supervision

？  Strong communication skill with end user and team member

？  Strong interpersonal skills to resolve problems in a professional manner, negotiate and create consensus

？  Ability to prioritize and multitask workload

？  Ability to work with remote team members

？  Strong self-learning attitude

？  Excellent organizational and time management skills

？  Willingness to support

Professional/Technical Skills

？   Responsible for AD/DNS/DHCP maintenance as well as GPO management, issue troubleshooting for related services;

？  Taking ownership on AD/Exchange server design, deployment, security patching, password policy, routine check and SOP/CP/DR draft

？  Be responsible for AD account sanitation, permission management, email account management etc.

？  be responsible for AD/Exchange DR execution, migration and edging service deployment

？  having knowledge on email gateway, junk mail technology 

？  having VMware and ISO 20000 background are nice to have

？  5 years plus working with AD/Exchange service

？  Managing AD/Exchange service in multi-regions is better
