1.作为客户和SEMILAB之间的联系纽带 

2.在客户现场完成设备安装，包括光学和电学量测设备

3.给客户提供硬件和应用技术支持，包括设备维修，问题排查，设备保养以及新应用开发等

4.培训客户使用设备以及基本的日常保养

5.能够排查和解决基本的技术问题，在有必要时候寻求帮助

6.解答客户疑问，以专业的方式同客户协作

7.及时为客户以及公司内部做知识分享工作

8.为团队气工程师提供技术支持

Key responsibility

1.Work as a liaison between customer and Semilab,  

2.Install equipment at customer site, including optical and electrical metrology equipment

3.Provide hardware and application support to customer, including repair, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, new application development etc.

4.Train customer in use and routine maintenance of equipment

5.Able to diagnose and solve basic technical problems, seek assistance when needed

6.Answer customer questions and assist customer in a professional manner

7.Act as a resource for customer and internally in the company

8.Provide support and assistance to team members

    

任职资格：

1.最少具备五年以上在半导体或者其他相关行业的工作经验

2.本科学历以上，工程技术，物理，光学和其他相关专业，具备良好的技术背景

3.具备量测和半导体工艺技术经验

4.具备良好的客户交流和沟通技能

5.以客户为中心，可以承受压力，并能以良好的组织能力同时处理多项任务

6.能够独立工作，且能够团队协作

7.熟练的英语口语和写作能力

8.可以接受出差(出差比例>50%)

     

Job Qualifications

1.Minimum five years’ experience in semiconductor industry or related field

2.Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, physics, optics, materials science or related fields with strong technical background

3.Knowledge in metrology and semiconductor manufacturing process technology is plus

4.Have good interpersonal and communication skill

5.Customer focus and good organization skills with ability to manage multiple project under high pressure  

6.Able to work independently and in a team,

7.Verbal and written skills in English

8.Must be willing to travel
