Key Responsibilities:

• Providing medical leadership on product life cycle management by developing medical strategy, plan, activities and ensuring implementation
• Data generation for strategy products on unmet clinical needs, and publication accordingly.
• Developing professional relationships with the medical profession and other health professionals and key establishment of scientific education platform
• Lead on medical initiated meetings, medical advisory boards meetings, national scientific events
• Deliver /review high quality medical education/training materials for internal and external stakeholders
• In align with brand strategy, design, implement and manage post-marketing study / IIS to ensure scientific accuracy, GCP/ ethical compliance
• In align with medical strategy, develop publication plan and ensure its implementation.
• As a core member of brand team, participate brand team meeting and provide medical insight to brand plan and strategy
• Review/approve promotional materials and ensures the materials fully align with sciences point of view
• Serve as medical/science resources to other functions: Marketing, Regulatory, Market Access, Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management groups
• Works in a compliant manner and contributes to the culture of the wider team in up-skilling

Recommended Education and Key Competency:

• Master degree or above in clinical medicine;
• Anti-infection related area experience preferred
• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs, MNC preferred.
• Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments
• Extensive knowledge of all aspects of drug development, GCP and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills, Good Communicator / Presenter
• Fluent English capability
  in speaking and writing
