Job Description
1.Provide supervisory and training to associate and assistant scientists.
2.Playing the role in scientific leadership, including study design, literature reference research, project direction, and scientific discussion
3.Leading a group to achieve the goal of project in charged.
4.Working with marketing and sales dept to develop the market of new products.
5.Ensuring effective completion of multiple studies, including timelines, required technical skills, scientific literatures required, communication with operational staff, proper documentation, and familiarity with the relative standard operation procedures;

Requirements
1. The candidate will provide leadership and will therefore have experience with and possess deep familiarity with construction of recombinant strains, expression and purification of recombinant proteins, or fermentation.
2. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be able to manage multiple simultaneous project assignments and work well in team environments.
3. The candidate must be bi-lingual, fluent in Chinese and English reading, writing and conversation.
4. Proactively participating in collaborative projects.
5. Excels in a collaborative work environment, good inter-personal, managerial and leadership skills and strong oral and written communication abilities
Education/Experience Required:
1.Experience in molecular biology with demonstrated track record of technology innovation and process optimization;
2.A Ph. D. degree in life science or a related field, overseas is preferred .
3.Proficient in the gene pool design and build, or the protein library design and build.

1.候选人必须具备领导才能，熟练掌握抗原设计，抗体生产，抗体纯化，抗体鉴定，抗原/抗体结合以及免疫分析。
2.应聘者必须具备优秀的口头与书面的沟通交流能力，能够同时管理多项任务，并善于团队工作。
3.应聘者必须具备双语能力，能够流利地用中英文进行阅读，书写与对话。
4.积极参与团队合作项目。
5.善于团队合作，良好的人际沟，管理与领导能力。优秀的书面及口头沟通能力。
教育背景/工作经验：
1.分子生物学从业经验，并且了解最新的科学技术与生产工艺优化。
2.生命科学相关学科博士学位，国外博士或者博士后优先。
3.熟悉基因库或者蛋白质库设计与构建。
