Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Location: Shanghai/Nanjing
Report to: DSM

Roles and Responsibilities:

? 区域销售计划和实施：根据区域实际情况，制定适当的销售策略，并监督实施、实现AWD(负压引流）产品的医院开发计划及协助DSM招、投标活动开展
? 大客户/重点医院的管理：对辖区客户进行分级管理，制定销售计划与KOL的良好沟通关系与传播专业教育理念
? 区域销售效率跟踪与控制: 区域销售数据分析、客户拜访及维护, 定期向Line-Manger提交销售工作汇报或出差报告
? 专业培训、人员管理和才能发展：区域的专业教育培训活动发扬公司的商业信条管理并协助DSM做好AWD(负压引流）人员培养及发展
? 协助DSM进行销售渠道建立和管理：协助DSM开发新的代理商，在区域内建立有效的销售渠道，对代理商进行绩效评估，优化代理商的发展，对代理商销售人员的培训和管理协助代理商完成销售目标

Requirement:
? 大专以上学历、营销或医学相关专业最佳
? 有外科及骨科等高值耗材销售及小型设备相关从业者优先
? 具有较强的沟通能力和市场推广能力，兼备团队协作精神
? 诚实守信，品行端正、有敏锐的洞察力、能适应经常出差；
? 具有较强的市场开拓能力和对客户需求的挖掘能力；并能与客户保持良好的合作关系
