Job Description

We are looking for a Node.js Back-End Developer responsible for the development and enhancement of our back-end system. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness. You will also need to collaborate with front-end developers on system integration.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in developing backend services, including at least 3 years’ experience in using Node.js.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Required

• Solid understanding on NodeJS
• Significant experience with RESTful web services design and development
• Significant experience with relational database design and optimization
• Experience with microservice architecture
• Experience with managing source code revision with Git

Preferred

• Experience with Serverless development
• Experience with AWS Cloud services
• Agile/Scrum practices and tools
• Knowledge of WeChat eco-system and development experience with WeChat Mini-Program is a great plus point
