Responsibilities：

• Delivering appointed logistics consulting projects;
• Prepare proposals for logistics consulting
• Assist sourcing for more industrial projects;
• Build and maintain relationships with purchasers, tenants, landlords and vendors;
• Create and generate property listings;
• Coordinate with potential clients;
• Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients;
• Proactively lead land search initiatives.
• Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.

Skills & Experience：

• Degree holder with at least 1 year working experience in consulting, especially in consulting firm, logistics, or supply chain.
• Candidates with experience working for research department preferred;
• Possess a strong understanding and interest in real estate markets;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges;
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Skilled in Word, Excel and PPT.
