Responsibilities:

1. Develop Master Plan of retail marketing activities

- Co-develop Annual trade marketing strategy and calendar 

- Develop trade marketing calendar by channel / key customers

- Control and monitor trade marketing spending

2. Develop and execute Retail Marketing Program 

- Program design 

- Mechanic design – out/in mall Advertising / GWP / etc. 

- Content control - Theme, KV, DP, Rd-show, Digital, SMS, CRM

- Internal Communication & Coordination –sales / finance / logistic/ etc. 

- Logistic delivery arrangement:  POP, GWP

- Progress Monitoring 

- Report collection and analysis

3. Retail Store Project Management  

- Lead Annual planning of store project  – Store profile, # of store, budget, calendar, etc.

- Coordinate the execution between other teams

- Monitor development and progress

Competency Required:

- Solid retail marketing experience in fashion / sports / apparels & FW 

- Strong analytical and planning skills

- Commercial savvy with P&L mindset

- Good communication and influence skills

- Manage the ambiguity
