1. 协助区域经理完成日常协调管理工作。例如：跟协助区域经理与承包商，业主的的工作沟通，协助处理CR,PR,PO整个流程，图 纸的管理。

2. 负责各项会议的筹备及跟踪工作。预定会议室，做会议纪要等。

3. 负责项目文件资料的整理、翻译、传递、批复和归档等工作

4. 负责全组的行政事宜,例如：team building，文具申报，领用，节假日周末组员的上班表统计，组员的考勤整理。

5. 区域经理安排的其他工作

职位要求

1.工程相关专业本科以上学历

2. 1年以上工作经验

3. 有工程背景或者相关从业经历

4. 有责任心、工作认真负责

5. 熟练掌握Office应用软件，Excel和PPT尤其突出

6. 有出色沟通能力及优秀的英文听说读写能力

7. 有资料员或者档案员证书
