职责描述： The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure information security events and risks being well responded. ？Owner of SIEM tool - ArcSight ？Ensure syslog from variety IT platform to be onboard on Arcsight with clear severity defined. ？Collect user request to build use case on SIEM accordingly. ？Work closely with SOC together to build up response plan. ？Be able to create use cases based on solid knowledge of Information Security and CSL requirement. ？Effectively communicate the security events to both internal and external stakeholders, ensure quality and timely execution ？Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Express Company. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the company Code of Conduct ？Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk 任职要求： ？Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field ？Professional auditing certification, e.g. CISA, CISSP ？5 to 10 years’ experience in Data Analysis or Risk Management, preferably with Banking or Financial services experience ？Experience in third party audits or risk management is a plus, but understanding of auditing standards, compliance, risk assessment and internal control frameworks is a requirement ？Understanding of controls, regulatory and risk issues in a global financial institution ？Familiarity with working in a MNC or cross-cultural setting ？Excellent spoken and written (English, Mandarin) and interpersonal skills ？Ability to draft reports that clearly communicate observations, risks and constructive action items would be required ？Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to interact at all levels across an organisation ？Strong audit project organisation and management skills Knowledge of IT/IS standards (e.g. CSL, JRT, ISO27001, ITIL, etc)
