工作职责：

1、Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Microsoft Windows desktop and notebook computers, peripherals, and associated peripherals

2、Schedule and Conduct regular server room maintenance

定期安排和进行服务器室维护

3、Document issue resolution, Prioritize and re assign tickets using the help desk ticketing system

解决文件问题，使用服务台票务系统确定优先次序并重新分配票务

4、Develop and share Knowledgebase to end users

开发和共享知识库给最终用户

5、Assist in data design, improvements to the systems to meet operational requirements

协助数据设计，改进系统以满足业务要求

6、Coordinate 3 offices’ IT supporters to implement tasks as requested

按要求协调三个办事处（北京、上海、珠海）的网络管理员执行任务

7、Maintain IT and consolidate IT assets information of 3 offices to related business owners, corporate IT

维护资讯科技，并将3个办事处的资讯科技资产资料整合给相关的业务拥有人及公司总部的资讯科技

8、Develop and Engages local IT vendors to deliver cost effective technical solution, assets procurements to business

1、Ability to identify key points of business request

2、High attention to details, be able to recognize root cause of issue

3、Good understanding of context, be able to identify appropriate audiences and adjust communication contents accordingly

4、Good prioritization capability to conduct multi-tasks

5、Minimum 4 years in IT helpdesk role for a company with employee size from 50 to 400

2-4年曾在员工规模为50至400人的公司的IT服务台工作

6、Good written while basic verbal English communication skills is preferred

良好的英文书写能力，如有基本的口语能力者优先。
