Key Responsibility 

Lead strategic business development for on-line store 

? Lead annual business plan with relatively accurate demand forecast 

? Build B2B, B2B2C business model 

? Collaborate with Brand marketing and Cross Channel on pricing/product strategy 

Good influencing skill to co-work with cross function teams as well as Ecom Platform such as JD, Suning, Taobao ,1919.

? Good influencing and communication skill 

? Willingness to lead cross function partners to deliver win-win result 

? Good communication skill to manage customer relationship

? Distribution channel management, including business planning, customer management, data analysis 

? Exploration spirit and creative thinking and define the opportunity. 

? Ability to implement customer activations in line with Category and Channel Strategies

Education and Experience 

? At least 5 years of successful business development/sales and management experience in Distribution 

? Wine/Sprits knowledge especially in wine category is preferred 

? Distribution management 

? Channel marketing experience 

? Good marketing sense and selling skills
