1. HRD experience in MNC is preferable, or ready to be HRD in MNC
2. Experience in supporting commercial and manufacturing
3. Experience in Administration is an advantage
4. Fit the culture of JV Company and the current HR team
5. Excellent communication and influence skill, it is essential
6. Able to develop HR strategy to support overall biz strategic growth
7. Experience in working with regional level office
8. Believe in our model ( JV ) and love to work in environment with SPACE
9. Good English and outgoing characteristics
10. Knowledge or experience in Pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage
11. MBA, HR formal education or training will be an advantage
