职位名称：现场服务工程师 （主要负责储存方向） onsite Storage Engineer
上班地址，在家办公

职位重点：
主要负责HDS/EMC/Quantum 大型存储器相关问题解决服务，主要为售后问题。
提供7天24h服务，职位可以home base
需要去到客户现场提供现场支持
50% 的客户为南京大型银行/证券公司/医院
50% 为沪宁线上的客户，会涵盖到苏北及安徽
接受应届毕业生
公司提供专业的培训，包括存储器供应商专业培训及在职培训

Role Summary:

? Responsible for maintaining and repairing storage products on a 7x24x4 service,
That in including HDS/EMC disk and power supply replacement and other break/Fix service.

? May diagnose and resolve product performance problems.

? Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative
maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.

? Maintains a functional understanding of company service solutions.


Day-to-day work:

? Will focus on Storage service, provide break/fix to HDS/EMC/Quantum products.

Skills, Education and Experience:

?Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
?2-years working experience in IT industry;
?Technical skills on server and storage is a must;
?Good communication skills;
?Good English skills in reading and written..
